Sample Changer with 12-place carrousel, transfer arm with housing and positioning devices.

PC-Software "FPPnet" (Windows®):
A control & analysis program for easy handling, data storage and program transfer. Providing online display of sample & heater block temperature, gradient (also in an XY-diagram) and test status.
Easy to read tableau indicating: sample no., sample name, °C/°F, expected flash point, program, status, found flash point, corrected flash point, corrected rounded flash point. Test results are stored together with all program and device parameters in one file.
The simultaneous connection of different petrotest® flash point devices is possible. To simplify the device management they can be named individually.
With the sample changer the software is able to use the result of the previous test as the estimated flashpoint for the next test automatically (important for unknown samples). With the included "Quick Run” option, the re-cooling time is optimized in relation to the next consecutive sample. Rationalization of up to 50% becomes possible. The full compliance with standards is ensured.

The carrousel is made out of a two-layer metal block with an internal heat exchanger coil to stabilize the temperature to a level deviating from the ambient temperature. An acrylic-glass cover is designed to reduce the loss of cooling energy.

Note: A coolant circulator is required as a source of cooling energy to keep the temperature in the samples at approx. +4°C (ambient not exceeding +24°C). We recommend to order circulator 25-0240.
