Scope:

The Penetrometer PNR 12 is suitable for measurements according various "Grease, Petrolatum & Wax" methods.

Standard Cone-Penetration:
To measure the consistancy of lubricating greases by unworked, worked, prolonged worked & block penetration procedures.

One-Quarter & One-Half Scale Cone-Penetration:
To determinate the consistancy of small amounts of lubricating greases by unworked, worked penetration procedures.

Optional Cone-Penetration:
To measure the consistancy of petrolatum and Vaseline.

Needle-Penetration:
To measure the consistancy of waxes derivated from petroleum.
